This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide cleaning, removal, transporting, and disposal of Asbestos-Containing Construction Material (ACCM), Regulated Asbestos-Containing Material (RACM), Presumed Asbestos-Containing Material (PACM), Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM), Lead-Based Paint (LBP), Lead-Containing Paint (LCP), Lead-Containing Materials (LCM) and Mold Contaminated Materials (MCM) on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall be compensated in accordance with the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, parts, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, transportation, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), licenses, certifications and/or permits, bond(s), and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor (IWL) Program at Institutions/Facilities specified in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions/Facilities and Contact Information.
