This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide cleaning, removal, transporting, and disposal of Asbestos-Containing Construction Material (ACCM), Regulated Asbestos-Containing Material (RACM), Presumed Asbestos-Containing Material (PACM), Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM), Lead-Based Paint (LBP), Lead-Containing Paint (LCP), Lead-Containing Materials (LCM) and Mold Contaminated Materials (MCM) on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall be compensated in accordance with the service rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem, parts, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, transportation, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), licenses, certifications and/or permits, bond(s), and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor (IWL) Program at Institutions/Facilities specified in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions/Facilities and Contact Information. The DVBE incentive is applied during the evaluation process and is only applied to responsive bids from responsible bidders proposing DVBE participation. This incentive is for bid computation only.
