SITE VISIT: Site visit is scheduled for January 18, 2024 at 10:00 AM EST, at 2559 Lincoln Rd, Allegan MI, 49010 The FCC/PSHSB onsite contractor will ensure vendors have access to the property and buildings on the site within the scope of the work during the agreed upon day and times. The FCC is not responsible for providing any additional assistance beyond the prearranged site access for vendors (i.e. vehicular assistance, etc.). During the site visit, all questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing following the site walk by the date/time and instructions provided by the Contracting Officer. The FCC/PSHSB onsite contractor will only provide site access and will not provide responses to vendor questions. All vendors are required to fill out the sign-in sheet prior to the walk. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall provide all labor, insurance, permits, tools, material, equipment, and to provide Demolition and Renovation services to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Allegan Michigan (MI) Field Office Location. All work shall be completed by properly trained and licensed personnel or subcontractors in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this document. The Contractor shall keep the work premises clean, free of accumulations of waste and rubbish, as well as construction material, to the extent possible and practical, during the period of performance and at the time of final inspection and acceptance.
