Contractor shall replace one of two heating boilers that has a failed heat exchanger at the Allegan County Human Services Building located at 3255 122nd Ave, Allegan, Michigan. Contractor shall disconnect, remove and properly dispose of existing boiler, leaving controls for use with the new boiler. Contractor shall procure, take delivery of, install and perform initial testing of the replacement boiler and provide evidence that the replacement boiler is fully operable and permitted by the State of Michigan.
