Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Allegan, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 3,600-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Contractor shall demolish and remove the approximately 3,600 square foot old Allegan County Animal Shelter located across the drive from the new Animal Shelter which has the address of 2293 33rd St., Allegan, Michigan, 49010. Demolition shall begin no sooner than April 1, 2024 and must be completed by July 31, 2024. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal or any part thereof which it determines to best serve the needs of the County and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals. While cost is a factor in any contract award, it is not the only factor and may not be the determining factor.
