Site work for a swimming pool in Adrian, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.

All bids to be F.O.B. Adrian, installed. All bids must be firm for not less than 60 days after official opening of bids. All bids must contain warranty information on the product being installed. The City of Adrian has a local preference policy. The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. No contract shall be made with any person, firm or corporation in default of the city. Bohn Pool is located at Riverside Park 631 S. McKenzie St, Adrian, MI 49221 The City of Adrian's public pool is need of boiler and pump replacement. Demolition: Demo existing failed pool boiler & pump Dispose of old units and scrap in accordance with EGLE standards Installation: Install new Laars (or equivalent) boiler to match existing Install new 4" piping back to 6" main loop Install new stainless-steel venting through roof Install new B&G (or equivalent) 20HP pump to match existing Install new isolation valves & flanges on pump Install new motor starter & electrical for pump Reuse existing piping, modify if necessary Reuse existing electrical, modify if necessary Calibration and Testing: Start up and test new units Monitor for leaks install issues Cleanup: Clean all affected areas Leave site in same condition as found o All work completed during normal business hours of 7:30 am to 4:00pm Monday thru Friday No overtime or holiday hours included. o Price must include demo, disposal, and cleanup of existing unit o Bid must include: Bid bond
