After the scheduled closing time of receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days. Apply modified base and mineral surfaced cap sheets. o Roofing system must carry a 30 year, No Dollar Limit Warranty. o Flashings to be constructed of two plies of modified bitumen membrane with all lap seams reinforced with a 3-course application of mastic and mesh. o Install new ANSI SPRI ES-1 approved aluminum metal edge, counterflashing, and trim. o Edge Metal must be covered by the same 30 year, NDL Warranty. o Jobsite inspections must be performed a minimum of three working days a week by a full-time employee of the roofing manufacturer.
