The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies and material associated with the 2024 Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation project. The work generally includes the rehabilitation of fifty (50) existing sanitary sewer manholes by the application of structural lining products to all interior surfaces, including channel, bench, barrel, cone, and chimney sections. All questions concerning the bid shall be submitted to the Procurement Services Team. Questions requiring a clarification or interpretation of the specifications shall be submitted to the Purchasing Division in writing at least five working days prior to the bid opening so that the Purchasing Division can issue a written response to all bidders in the form of an addendum
