Renovation of a residential development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

As of December 21, 2023, Project was awarded to Innova NW but no amount provided. The VHA invites qualified vendors to propose and submit a solution for the addition of an access control system that will manage access to new gates and connect to the existing laundry room FOB system or replace with a new FOB reader that matches the gate system. The proposed solution should incorporate FOB access and should be durable, responsive, tamperproof, and waterproof. All required wiring power and low voltage, conduit, trenching, backfill, and landscaping repair should be included in the proposal. All gates labeled A.1 are to have a reader installed. Please refer to Attachment D - Drawing and Specifications. Additionally, the system must include, at a minimum, a one-year workmanship warranty. Subcontractor eligibility and approval will be determined by the VHA. Bidders must be able to timely provide subcontractor alternates upon request. Please be aware that this project is subject to Davis-Bacon wages and documentation. Please submit any questions through Electronically. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on November 30, 2023.
