Renovation of an educational facility in Westminster, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Reference Number 0000337219 Estimated Construction Cost: $450,000.00 Front Range Community College has received a Controlled Maintenance Project from the State of Colorado to replace several existing roof top mechanical units on its South Roof of the Westminster Campus. These units are either at end of life or not functioning. These units are: two RTU's that serve the main IT Computer Room and two MUA's, two evaporative units and three exhaust fans that serve the automotive department. During design, the project scope increased to address code deficiency, existing and operational requirements for both areas. The project has included alternates to best address the existing budget.
