Site work for a water / sewer project in Peck, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sewer Drain Repairs Proposals to include the following o Remove kitchen equipment and stainless-steel tables as needed to access and replace rotted cast iron drain piping o Remove the existing (2) grease traps o Install one new grease trap o Starting at the PVC cleanouts in the courtyard, replace all the existing cast iron piping to all the drains in the kitchen o In the hallway, reconnect the existing branch lines off the main. o Install new 40 PVC piping to complete the repairs. o Install new PVC floor sinks where needed o Install new floor drains where needed o Install Multi-directional cleanouts at the end point in the hallway. o Pour new concrete where it has been removed o Cleanup work space upon completion Questions should be directed to Shelly Bullis at bulliss@peckschools.net The Owner reserves the right to reject any, part of any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding procedures. Each bid that exceeds Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) must be submitted with an attached certified check or bid bond from a surety company approved to do business in the State of Michigan, payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid due date.
