Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Peck, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of August 13, 2025, All bids rejected, no award.** The project includes the removal of existing sidewalk and steps adjacent to existing buildings and the construction of approximately 3000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, concrete retaining walls, brick veneers, decorative railings, concrete steps, handrails, concrete curb and gutter, and curb ramps. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Village of Peck reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Peck. Question Deadline 07/02/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
