Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hastings, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this project is to perform asphalt resurfacing and restriping of a 2,325 square foot parking lot approximately 30 ft X 77.5 ft located at 138 N Main St., Hastings, FL 32145. Contractor is responsible for verifying measurements prior to submitting their quote. The resurfacing will involve the removal of the existing damaged asphalt surface and the application of a new layer for improved durability and aesthetics. Additionally, the restriping will ensure clear and visible parking spaces and other required markings. The Lump Sum Price above must include any and all costs, fees, and charges associated with this request. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes, waive minor formalities or irregularities, and to award the quote that best serves the interests of St. Johns County. Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to Richard Poulin, Procurement Coordinator at rpoulin@sjcfl.us. Questions are due no later than four o'clock (4:00PM EST) on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner.
