The work shall include, but is not limited to, construction of filter house, installation of chlorination system in existing pumphouse, piping from existing pumphouse to filtration system, installation and startup of filtration system, approximately 1,050 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer main with manholes, and associated appurtenances. The Work will be substantially complete within 180 days, final completion 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Question Deadline 01/01/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
