**As of January 16,2025, project was awarded to Ground Control Inc, the Approval is on February 4th.** The work to be done, in general, consists of providing and implementing water pollution control plan and job site management; providing and implementing de-watering system and temporary channel bypass; removing existing wood bridge; remove existing fencing; clearing and grubbing; excavation and grading; salvaging, stockpiling, reusing and hauling existing rock slope protection; salvaging, stockpiling, reusing existing Class 2 aggregate base; furnishing, placing and compacting virgin Class 2 aggregate base; modifying existing outfalls; furnishing, placing, and compacting vegetated soil lifts; furnishing and placing reinforced concrete curb walls and driveway approach; furnishing and installing chain link fences and gates; structure excavation and backfill; furnishing and placing reinforced concrete bridge abutments; furnishing and placing prefabricated bridge; furnishing and planting trees; providing plant establishment and maintenance; hydroseeding; and all miscellaneous work necessary to complete said project. This project is subject to all Local, State, and Federal laws, rules and guidelines contained in the plans and specifications, including but not limited to payment of prevailing wages. These wage rates are available at the Alameda County Public Works Agency’s office at 951 Turner Court, Room 300, Hayward, Alameda County. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5, with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a).
