Dunstable Police Station Floor Replacement. Location-23 Pleasant Street, Dunstable, MA 01827. The estimated value is not to exceed $23,000.00. Questions- All inquiries regarding this invitation shall be directed to the Town Administrator's Office in writing: Jason Silva, Email - jsilva@dunstable-ma.gov. Summary of Project and Requirements: o Scrape up old VCT for entire project and dispose of material. o Remove old cove base with care not to damage walls. o Furniture Removal and Reset (No Electronics) o Repair and level sub floor after VCT removal. o Install Milliken EUC122-LVP with 28mil wear layer in front entry(16x8),kitchen area (15x10), hall (5x8), bathroom 1 (7x8), bathroom 2 (7x8) and front lobby(16x8). Approximately 445sq feet. Using appropriate adhesive. o Install Shaw Practical Carpet Tile #54924 in Chiefs office (11x18), Operations room (10x12) and Squad room (26x22). Approximately 652sq feet. o Install new 4-inch Cove base with toe. Using appropriate adhesive. Approximately 275 linear feet. o Clean up and removal of all materials and scraps caused by the construction. o Floor must include a minimum of a 5-year warranty. The term of this contract will be begin no later than February 15, 2024 and will end no later than May 1, 2024. The contractor is expected to complete the scope of work described below on or before May 1, 2024.
