The Contract Documents require that all work be completed within 45 Consecutive Calendar Days plus 10 Consecutive Calendar Days for mobilization after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Failure to complete the work as prescribed shall be considered as a Breach of Contract and subject to Liquidated Damages which are $1,400.00 per day.
