Renovation of a residential development in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,800-square-foot residential development.

Washington County is seeking bids to replace flooring and cove base in the Fields of Washington County Assisted Living Facility located at 675 East Washington Street, West Bend, WI 53095. This project generally consists of removing broadloom carpet and providing and installing approximately 3,800 square feet of new Mohawk Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (LVP), Living Local Collection and approximately 1,300 linear feet of new Tarkett 6" Cove Base in The Fields of Washington County Assisted Living facility. All work of this request must be completed to the County's satisfaction by March 01, 2024. Accepted bidder will be required to provide an acceptable Certificate of Insurance upon award. All bidders shall be experienced in this type of work and will need complete and submit a Bidder Statement of Qualifications in order to be pre-qualified with Washington County for this work. Washington County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities and to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the County's best interest. Furthermore, Washington County reserves the right to cancel any order or contract for failure of the successful bidder to comply with the terms, conditions and specifications of the bid request and/or contract.
