Bids Are Being Sought From Contractors to Provide All Labor, Materials and Equipment Required to Performing Pavement Repairs and Improvements to the Street Network Within the Starlight Meadows Community in Accordance With the Specifications and Details Provided Herein; Including but Limited to Pavement Preparation, Pavement Milling and Patching, Pavement Overlay, Driveway Adjustments, Maintenance of Traffic, and Site Restoration as Required to Complete All Work Specified. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Guarantee Equivalent to Ten (10) Percent of the Amount of the Base Bid and All Alternates. The Bid Guarantee May Be a Certified Check or a Bid Bond Secured by a Surety Authorized to Do Business in Delaware. The Bid Guarantee Shall Be Made Payable to Sussex County Council. Contractors Should Visit the Site at Their Earliest Convenience to Familiarize Themselves With the Entirety of Proposed Work.
