Renovation of a stadium in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Kingston (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Kingston LVEC (Large Venue Entertainment Centre) Audio System Replacement. To supply and install a new audio system at the Kingston LVEC (Large Venue Entertainment Centre) Audio System Replacement as per the design drawings and specifications prepared by Novita. The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of the existing audio system. Remove and dispose of the existing audio system at the Large Venue Entertainment Centre (Leon Centre) in Kingston Ontario and provide a new Audio-Visual system as described in the attached drawings and specifications. The arena is operational with events. The contractor is permitted to work on the site when it does not interfere with events and is scheduled with the arena operator. The month of July 2024 has been reserved for the Audio-Visual system installation and no events are booked. The installation must be operational by the end of July 2024.
