The project is located on the Adams State University campus adjacent to the primary north-south pedestrian pathway and adjacent to the south end of the grand plaza fronting the Rex Stadium facility. A number of student dormitories, the campus library, and the student union are located in relatively close proximity; thus, construction logistics, site security, and safety are important considerations within what is largely a student-life area of the campus. This renovation and addition project consists of a two-story addition of approximately 9,360 GSF and renovations totaling approximately 5,970 GSF resulting in a central technology facility of approximately 15,000 GSF.
