Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Alamosa, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The City of Alamosa is seeking a general contractor to perform Construction repairs and renovation to the existing commercial building complex. All responders must provide the following criteria: Must hold a current General Contractor License issued by the City of Alamosa Building Department. Must provide Current General Liability Insurance in the amounts described in the RFP Bid package. Must Provide a completed RFP Bidders Package prior to the submission deadline. Questions prior to bid must be submitted in writing by email to the following scopley@ci.alamosa.co.us. All questions submitted prior to the deadline to submit will be provided a response within 48 hours of receipt. Questions submitted after the deadline to submit are not guaranteed a reply. Questions submission deadline is March 26, 2024 close of business.
