The Oregon Department of Emergency Management (ODEM) is soliciting bids for a General Maintenance Service Company to perform routine maintenance of building and repairs at 3930 Fairview Industrial DR SE Salem, Oregon 97302. Must be able to begin work by February 1, 2024 ODEM intents to award one Service Agreement and it shall be awarded to the offeror whose will best serve the interests of ODEM, the community, and Oregon, using considerations including, but not limited to, price, experience, expertise, product functionality, suitability for a particular purpose and contractor responsibility under ORS 279B. Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform services to Agency Monday through Friday during business hours 8 a.m.-5p.m., and after hours for emergency calls. Hold current Oregon Contractor's License Contractor shall provide written quotes upon request Contractor shall actively participate in Annual Inspection on building condition and provide professional recommendation for repairs in form of report with pictures included. Painting, dry wall repair, light bulb replacement, caulking, power washing, corkboard/whiteboard hanging and other maintenance services Repairs related to safety inspections Spread of icemelt in parking lots and walkways Contractor shall be available for emergency repairs within four (4) hours; contractor shall respond to general repairs within two (2) days to schedule.
