The purpose of this contract is to provide program management and owner advisory services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Wastewater Treatment Division ("County") for the Offsite Facilities Program ("Program") for strategic delivery planning and management of the projects and work units within the Program. The contract is anticipated to be phased as follows, as detailed below in the Scope of Work: Phase 1: Delivery Strategy and Program Initiation - anticipated duration 24 months Phase 2: Services During Construction Part 1 - anticipated duration 36 months. Phase 2: Services During Construction Part 2 - anticipated duration 36 months. Phase 2: Services During Construction Part 3 - anticipated duration 36 months. Phase 3: Program Implementation Services Part 1 - anticipated duration 36 months. Phase 3: Program Implementation Services Part 2 - anticipated duration 36 months. Phase 3: Program Implementation Services Part 3 - anticipated duration 36 months. This Scope of Work reflects the County's current understanding of the work; however, it may be updated during negotiations.
