NE 45th St Ped Bridge Seismic Retrofit The seismic retrofit of the NE 45th Street Pedestrian Bridge includes the following general items of work: strengthening concrete columns and bridge superstructure with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP), strengthening foundations with reinforced concrete, and repairing, and repairing damaged shear keys at the south abutment.
