Site work for a transportation facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The City of Seattle, through its Department of Transportation (SDOT), requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide preliminary engineering through construction management for this project to reduce service interruptions to the First Hill Streetcar and the South Lake Union Streetcar during winter weather by retrofitting streetcar switches with heating elements and associated heater control cabinets. This contract is estimated to be up to $450,000 with an anticipated time of performance between Q2 2024 to Q3 2025. This project is anticipated to be federally funded in part through the FTA. This project has an assigned DBE 1.5% Goal. Questions Dateline 02/13/2024 The Scope of Work for this Agreement and the time schedule for completion of such Work are described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work, which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement. The work is performed as part of an FTA Grant. The Work is subject to City review and approval. The Consultant shall confer with the City periodically, and prepare and present information and materials (e.g., detailed outline of completed Work) requested by the City to determine the adequacy of the Work or Consultant's progress.
