A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Replace Roofs - Wheeler, Knapp and Bouck Halls project at the State University of New York, College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill. This project is to replace insulated roofing systems on three major buildings at SUNY Cobleskill. The buildings are Knapp Hall, Wheeler Hall, and Bouck Hall. The entire roofing systems are to be replaced including membrane, tapered insulation, and all other components of the roofing system. Existing parapets, door and window thresholds, roof edges may require modifications to height for potential increase in insulation. Ancillary work including replacing skylights, ladders, and hatches, and providing safety tie offs is also included. Work at Knapp Hall includes complete roofing system replacement, roof drain replacement, coordination with mechanical enclosure and clerestory windows, and providing safety railings around light wells. Work at Wheeler Hall includes complete roofing system replacement at 7 roof areas with roof drain replacement, replacement of exterior soffit and lighting at single story wing, and replacement of expansion joints. Work at Bouck Hall includes complete roofing system replacement.
