Renovation of a retail development in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified licensed General or Building Contractors to Renovate the existing Automotive Shop located at 6510 Bay Line Drive, Panama City, FL 32404. Bay County Capital Projects will manage the project. Renovation shall be done in accordance with drawings and specifications by STOA Architects. This project is funded by a $2 million dollar grant from the Florida Legislature and the Division of Financial Services for a Fire and Emergency Medical Services Maintenance Facility. Contractors shall be a Florida licensed Building Contractor or General Contractor. Sub-Contractors shall be Florida licensed in their trade where applicable. Question Deadline 01/12/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov or FAX to (850) 248-8276. Each bid shall be valid to Bay County for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening. The County will check the bids and notify the selected bidder at the earliest opportunity.
