Remodeling of a residential development in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 10,488-square-foot, two-story above grade residential development.
The Olmsted County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is seeking bids for a remodel project at 1621 10th Street SE, Rochester, MN 55904. Questions Deadline: 1/2/2024 09:00 AM (CT) All General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction necessary and reasonably incidental for a remodel of the existing building at the address above. Work will include new laundry facilities in the lower level, new restrooms and offices on the Main and Upper Level common spaces. Inside the individual units, there will be bedrooms added, renovated kitchens, and renovated bathrooms. Work will also include code upgrades throughout the building and repairs on the buildings exterior. Site work will include sidewalk repair and new parking striping for the existing parking lot. Work shall be complete, including all appurtenances as shown on Project Drawings and Specified in Project Manual. Labor, materials, articles, equipment, transportation, services and the like shall be provided in such quantities as necessary to complete the Project. Singular specifications shall be considered plural where they apply. Work embraced by the Contract Documents shall be constructed under a Prime General Contract and shall include all General, Mechanical and Electrical Construction Project will be awarded on or before January 17, 2024, and is targeted for completion by June 15, 2024
