Reference Number 0000337966 The City of Taylor is seeking proposals for installation, storage, cleaning, repair and replacement (at the City's expense) of street light banners. Telegraph Road Corridor from I-75 intersection north to Ecorse Road (approximately 4.5 miles). Eureka Road Corridor from Telegraph Road to Allen Road (approximately 3 miles). Goddard Road Corridor from Telegraph Road to Allen Road (approximately 3 miles). Banners: Sizes are estimates and will need to be verified once contractor is selected. Storage: Facilitate storage of banners for Goddard Rd, Telegraph and Eureka Banners for the length of the contract. Cleaning: Cleaning of the banners shall for the length of the contract. Repair: Stitching and grommet repair shall be done for the length of the contract. Permit: The banners can be installed under the City of Taylor's "Annual Permit" with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). Contractors will need to submit to the City of Taylor an "Advanced Notice of Permitted Activity" 4 weeks prior to installation of the banners. Note: an arrow board is required by MDOT and must be provided by the contractor. The City of Taylor is also seeking to purchase 250 banner hanging bracket systems that are either exact or equivalent to the standard bracket set available from BannerSaver. Preferences for these include: - Quantity: 250 - Standard bracket - Black powdercoat option - 30 inch width - Heavy banding These will need to be installed on the new poles being constructed on Telegraph Road.
