The City of Renton invites experienced consultants to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a transformative project: the revitalization of Renton's iconic Pavilion. Nestled at 233 Burnett Avenue South, this historic 14,770-square-foot structure serves as a cornerstone of downtown Renton. We seek qualified consultants to collaborate on crafting pivotal Lease and Operating Agreement documents, integral to defining terms and operational guidelines for the Pavilion's redevelopment and ongoing management. These documents are vital to realizing our vision of a vibrant community hub and require expertise and dedication. This solicitation does not obligate the City to award a Contract to any respondent. At its option, the City reserves the right to waive as informality any irregularities in the SOQs and/or to reject any or all submittals.
