Renovation of a municipal facility in Hingham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Hingham Armory Kitchen Epoxy Floor. Install a non-slip epoxy floor to cover the concrete floor in order to encapsulate the lead dust. floors to be encapsulated must include the stripping and removal of the existing epoxy material prior to the installation of the new anti-slip epoxy floor and shall include self-leveling to prevent puddling and achieve drainage. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. A similar job in Quincy will be used as an add/alternate. The MA Army National Guard hopes to award both depending on available funding. Contractors with questions can submit them via email to the purchaser, Nick Haddad Nicholas.Haddad@mass.gov. Responses to questions will come in the form of an addendum, posted in the CommBuys solicitation prior to the bid closing date.
