Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Redmond, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Redmond is soliciting proposals from development teams to manage the development and build-out of the Cinder Hollow Neighborhood Project as detailed within the City's Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The lead applicant must be a non-profit entity. If you have questions about obtaining the RFQ or the process, contact Kayla Duddy, Deputy City Recorder, at 541-923-7755 or kayla.duddy@redmondoregon.gov. Envelopes should be clearly marked "Cinder Hollow Master Developer RFQ". Provide one (1) digital copy (email submittals are valid), and (5) physical copies of the Proposal. All submissions must include a cover letter addressed to Kayla Duddy, Deputy City Recorder, and be signed by a duly constituted non-profit official legally authorized to bind the applicant to both its qualifications and schedule. Late submissions will not be accepted. The City of Redmond reserves the right to reject proposals not in compliance with the prescribed procedures and requirements set forth in the RFQ and may reject any and all responses for good cause upon a finding of the City that is in the public's interest. Requests for clarification may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting, to Linda Cline at linda.cline@redmondoregon.gov
