Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a 450-space sidewalk / parking lot.
This is a Public Works Contract and subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Wage Rates, dated July 1, 2019, and amendments for region 10 as defined under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Scope of Work: Schedule I - West Parking Lot Expansion o 450 stall parking lot expansion. Schedule II - Vendor Parking Lot Rehabilitation o Reconstruction of vendor parking lot. Schedule III -Parking Lane Expansion o Expansion of the taxicab parking lane at the terminal building. No Proposal will be considered from a General Contractor to whom a proposal form has not been issued by the City of Redmond to registered bidders
