Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City estimates the cost of improvements at $1,500,000 Scope of Work: The ADA Transition Plan project includes the installation and/or replacement of sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs, driveways, and any pavement sections associated with the items noted above. In addition, some minor improvements to existing waterlines will be included as well as the installation of new storm water facilities and a single safety crossing. The work will take place in various locations within the City of Redmond, Oregon, including, but not limited to: NW Dogwood Avenue between NW12th Street and NW 10th Street; NW 12th Street between NW Birch Avenue and NW Dogwood Avenue; SW 12th Street between SW Lava Avenue and SW Highland Avenue; SW Lava Avenue between MA Lynch Elementary and SW Veterans Way; and SW4th Street between SW Forest Avenue and SW Cascade Avenue.
