Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
No mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held. No bid will be accepted by a general contractor who is not on the plan holder's list. This is a Public Works Contract and subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Wage Rates, dated January 1, 2024, and amendments for region 10 as defined under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes the replacement and upgrade of stormwater facilities located in seven locations within the City of Redmond. Work includes installation of new stormwater catch basins, new drywell (UIC) facilities, curb, and sidewalk replacement, asphaltic concrete paving, and stormwater piping. General Contractors who plan to bid on this project are required to register for an account on www.ciplist.com to be included in the Plan Holder's list and to receive email updates of any addenda or revisions to the bid documents. The project is estimated to cost $820,000.
