The Project includes approximately 14,000 square yards 1 1/2 "taper grind at curb/gutter and includes 20' match end grinds on designated streets. The city estimates the Project cost at$500,000.00, including mobilization and temporary traffic control. This is a Public Works Contract and subject to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI)Wage Rates, dated January 5,2024, and Amendments for Region 10 as defined under ORS279C.800 to 279C.870. If Contractor fails to complete the work on time, liquidated damages will be assessed per the City of Redmond Standards and Specifications General Conditions and within the Contract terms.
