The City of Redmond Public Works Department invites contractors to bid on the 2024 Seal Coat Project. Notice to Proceed April 24, 2024 The work shall be completed by August 25, 2024.. The First Tier Subcontractor List may also be submitted with the sealed bid at the contractor's preference. Bids shall be clearly labeled: "2024 Seal Coat Project." The project includes Seal Coat sealing of approximately 13000 square yards of existing roadway surfaces on local streets throughout Redmond. The City may reject bids not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures or other applicable law and may reject any or all bids when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City. Prices quoted shall be firm offers, irrevocable, valid, and binding after the closing date. The Engineers estimate for the 2024 seal coat project is in the range from $50,000-$52,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
