The City of Redmond is requesting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified and experienced engineering firms, teams or consultants for a Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) of Professional, Technical and Expert Services for the Water Pollution Control Facility Treatment Plant Expansion Project. The scope of work includes public outreach and relations, engineering, environmental services, geotechnical investigations and design, land surveying, architectural services, landscape architectural services, construction phase support services, cost estimating, value engineering, and permitting support services for the construction of coordinated facilities to move the entire treatment system, offices, and shops to a new location. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
