As of June 12, 2024, project is awarded and general contractor identified. Deadline for submitting Proposers questions 4:00 pm February 14, 2024 This project will be completed using a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) alternative procurement process and is exempt from competitive bidding under Oregon Revised Statutes 279C.335, as authorized by the Local Contract Review Board on October 24,2023. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes Chapters 279A, 279B, and 279Cand the Redmond Municipal Code section 2.400 This project is subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 regarding payment of prevailing wages. The successful proposer must comply with the Oregon Public Contracting Code (ORS Chapters279A, 279B, and 279C) and the City's public contracting rules, as all are amended from time to time, in the performance of the work subject to the RFP Design-Builders responding to this RFP do so solely at their own expense, and the City is not responsible for any potential proposer's expenses associated with the RFP The Project is City-funded with a total identified budget of $30M. The contract amount for this Project with the Design-Builder has an estimated budget of $25M.
