Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Manchester, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The following is a general description of the Project: The scope of work is for installation of ballfield lighting, electrical upgrades, ADA-compliant parking spaces, and ADA-compliant sidewalks at six existing ball fields at Fred Deadman Park and Dave King Park in Manchester, Tennessee. A "Bid Bond" or other bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the submitted bid. The City of Manchester reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractor Licensing Act of 1976 (T.C.A. Title 62, ch. 6). No bid will be opened unless the sealed envelope containing the bid provides the following information: the contractor's license number, the date of the license's expiration, that part of the classification applying to the bid, and other information required by law. In the case of joint ventures, this information must be provided by all parties submitting the bid.
