The Water Treatment Plant Solids Dewatering Facility Centrifuge Addition Project (WTP Centrifuge Addition Project) consists of furnishing and installing a centrifuge dewater skid system, piping, venting, and electrical work, complete and in place. All other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the Plans or the Contract Documents shall be furnished, fabricated, constructed, or installed. No bid will be considered unless it is made on the blank Proposal forms provided by the City and unless it is accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of cash, bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the City of Shasta Lake, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Each bidder must be licensed as required by law. The City of Shasta Lake reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All Contractors and Subcontractors shall possess appropriate Contractors Licenses for their trade at the time the contract is awarded. Each proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the title of the work - WTP Centrifuge Addition Project - Bid No. 2024-01 - and the name of the bidder.
