The Village of Cary (Owner) invites sealed Bidders Proposals for the Work described in detail in the Contract and generally described as follows: the removal and replacement (in-kind) of existing Variable Frequency Devices (VFDs) at the Village of Carys Well 13 site located at 2110 Crystal Lake Rd. Requests for information and questions regarding this RFB should be directed to the Cary Public Works Department at CaryPW@caryillinois.com or (847) 639-0003. Bidders Questions Due 12.29.2023 Bidders Questions Answered 1.3.2024 Bidder acknowledges and agrees that Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bidde 's Proposals Upon notice to proceed from the Village, the selected contractor shall have sixty (60) days to complete the project after which liquidated damages in the amount of $100 per day shall be enforced by the Village upon the contractor.
