Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of existing skylight demolition and refurbishment, roof demolition and associated concrete repairs / roof replacement to the skylight and roof area located between the royal bank and Scotia Bank buildings at Portage Avenue and Main Street. Refer to contract drawings and specifications for complete scope of work. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Full project as described above and per contract documents. (b) Separate price for skylight demolition and refurbishment. The funds available for this contract are $550,000. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Performance by June 15, 2024 The Contractor shall achieve Total Performance by July 15, 2024 or within 15 days if seasonal inclement weather does not allow permanent restorations to commence immediately after Substantial Performance, whichever comes first. The Contract Administrator will advise the Contractor when seasonal conditions will allow permanent restorations to begin. The Contractor will start final restorations no later than fourteen (14) Calendar Days after formal notification by the Contract Administrator. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
