Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the construction of a transportation facility.
The project is to re-purpose the west side of the Lewiston Community Center (LCC)parking lot along Lincoln Street and construction a new transit/bus transfer stop. The site work portion of the project includes a 190 linear foot bus pullout along Lincoln Street, a pedestrian walkway through the parking lot to the LCC building and the redesign of the west end of the LCC parking lot. The project also includes a 93-foot by 17-foot covered shelter for waiting passengers, a separate restroom facility that include two ADA compliant restrooms and a restroom for transit system drivers and personnel.
