Pavillion Re-Roof and Miscellaneous Envelope Repairs Project Scope of work is as indicated in the drawings and specifications. In general, the scope includes, but is not limited to, removing the existing roofing systems (a single-ply membrane which is over the original bituminous system), repairing and or replacing damage to existing tongue and groove decking, installing new skylights, installing new insulation system, and new bituminous roofing system. The existing bituminous system contains hazardous materials see report on hazardous materials. Work on the Project which may be executed by others, and which is excluded from this contract, are as follows: 1. Prior to the Contractors Notice to Proceed, the Owner will remove all moveable items within the limits of construction that are not identified to remain or to be removed or reused by the contractor. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. estimate is $1.3 to $1.4 Million
