The City of Santa Clara (herein after, "City") is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, tools and equipment necessary to fabricate and provide an three phase FR3 padmount transformers in support of Silicon Valley, the City's electric utility. City shall issue a purchase order to the successful bidder. The successful contractor will be required to provide the following requirements and must be provided within five calendar days of notification of award or as stated otherwise:10 1) Certificate of Insurance 2) A valid City of Santa Clara Business Tax Certificate PRICING: Pricing shall be fixed for six (6) months. Contract duration: One Time Purchase Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Deadline for Questions 10:00 am PDT, January 22, 2024 Deadline for Objections One (1) Week from Proposal Due Date
