Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a Contractor to supply and install high density mobile storage racking at various Liquor Mart locations as described in the RFQ documents in a timely, cost effective and sustainable manner. 1. The Contractor will supply and install high-density mobile storage racking systems in each of the listed locations. This will include: a) Disassembly of existing pallet racking. Remove any existing anchors and/or grind flush to the floor. b) Installation of floor mounted tracks or rails. c) Installation of carriages on tracks or rails. d) Re-install existing/new pallet racking on the carriages/shelves, with any adjustments to box beam heights as required. MBLL will supply additional pallet racking and wooden shelving as a result of high density racking. e) Carriages adjusted to remove all play and ensure no binding during operation. All installation tasks performed as per manufacturer's recommendation. f) g) Provision of all fasteners, adhesives, and sealants required to complete the work. 2. The Contractor will utilize trained, professional installers capable of completing the work to a high degree of professionalism and in a timely and efficient manner. Commercial general liability insurance covering all operations of the Contractor with minimum coverage limits of five million dollars ($5,000,000), including coverage for products and completed operations and for non-owned automobiles.
