Haskell Indian Nations University is requesting proposals from a qualified Contractor to provide Design-Build services for Modular Day-Care Center Building. The Contractor shall provide all services including, but not limited to design and construction of all architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, site work and supervision to accomplish the tasks in accordance with this statement of work, contract terms, conditions, specifications, and any special requirements. Follow NFPA 5000 and all latest published applicable codes for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other codes as determined by BIA /BIE. Refer to Codes and Standards below. The government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract as a result of this solicitation.
