Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in New Columbia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Demolition and removal include one 60^ x 40^ two-story building with concrete, block and wood construction and one 10^ x 12^ single-story concrete out building. The Township reserves the right to waive any informality in bids and to accept or reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60-days, with the right to extend that time to 120-days if additional time is needed. Bidders must submit with their bid, the NonCollusion Affidavit contained in the contract documents. The contract documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, and nondiscrimination in hiring practices.Prevailing wages established under the State Prevailing Wage Act apply. The project is subject to all applicable provisions of the respective Act and the bid shall be prepared accordingly. The applicable wage determinations are included in the contract documents.
