**As of March 20, 2025, project was awarded to New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc with awarded amount of $112,291.52 for the Paving and Russell Standard Corporation with awarded amount of $39,913.63 for the Seal Coat bids. The awarded total amount of this project is $152,205.15 ** Paving: Furnish and place 1,012 Tons of Flexible Base Replacement. A Bituminous Escalator Clause is included. PA Prevailing Wage Rates Apply. Seal Coat: Furnish and place 15,243 SY of Seal Coat and 812 SY of Surface Treatment. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, made payable to the municipality will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
